Fortunately it acted like I was outside of the building so I was able to kill myself (I could use weapons inside that building, too).
When I went to leave, I was unable to interact with either exits to leave. I wasn't in his lobby so none of his upgrades were there and it just looked like the default arcade, though the fortune teller door was open. He closed the game after resetting the mission got us stuck on the loading screen on restart (this repeated several times).
After running into a glitch several times while trying to start the Aggressive Route for the casino heist, I started spawning inside of the arcade my friend owned, who was hosting the heist.
